Canadian Single Malt Whisky | 43% ABV

Brewed and Distilled with traditional copper pot and column stills using 100% BC grown barley malt. Aged and minimum of 3 years in Bourbon casks, distilled and blended to 43% ABV. 

Tasting notes of pear, milk chocolate and vanilla with whiffs of honey. Viscous round texture. 

Non Chill filtered with no caramel or artificial colouring
