A west coast inspired gin, distilled with copious amount of juniper , coriander, locally grown hops, lavender , rosemary and lemon verbena steeped in butterfly pea flower, making for a brilliantly blue gin that transforms colour with citrus or tonic. 

Available in 375ml or 750ml sizing. 40 % ABV

PAIR WITH ROOTSIDE Classic or Cardamom citrus tonic.
