Citrus Gin: 

A contemporary London Dry Gin layered with the citrus turned up. In addition to classic gin botanicals this gin is distilled with orange and lemon peels, dry salted limes and lime leaf. A touch of elderflower and lavender add to the floral nose. 

43% ABV | PERFECT IN MARTINIS

Forest Dweller Gin:

Coniferous aged gin. A special Vancouver Island version of our west coast style gin aged on Grand Fir, Pine and Spruce and other botanicals. 

40% ABV

Blue Gin:

Our version of a west coast gin; distilled with Juniper, coriander, hops, lemon, verbena ,rosemary with the addition of butterfly pea flower for a brilliantly blue colour that transforms with the addition of citrus or tonic. A balance between bitter, herbal , zest and floral . 40% ABV | GREAT IN G&Ts.
